Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Spring 2025
The $50 registration deposit is non-refundable. If a refund is requested, the family must make contact with the Spires Board via email (info@spireslacrosse.org) to start the process, prior to the dates listed below. The body of the email needs to state the following items: 1. Parent name(s) 2. Child's age group & gender 3. Address 4. Reason requesting refund Prior to February 1, 2024, a refund will be issued (for registration), minus a $15 processing fee. Between February 1 - March 1, 2024, 50% of registration fee may be refunded. After March 1, 2024, no refunds will be issued. *Refunds for medical reasons may be issued at any time, per the board's discretion
